If you change your mind and wish to return your item you can do so within 30 days after the day you receive your item. Any item returned must be in an as supplied condition, unused, in the original packaging. Postage & packing charges are the buyers responsibility. Goods that have been damaged or lost on return will not be refunded where recorded delivery/insurance has not been purchased.
If the item you receive is faulty, please notify us immediately at contact@cosycraft.co.uk. Full refund or exchange is valid for 30 days (after payment was confirmed) and will be issued only after receiving faulty item in it’s original package. We will refund the cost of return postage.
